What are the breakfast opening hours?
At RH Murcia Centro, breakfast is usually served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Monday to Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. These times may vary depending on the season or the hotel’s daily organisation, so we recommend confirming them at reception during your stay.

What time are check-in and check-out at RH Hotels?
You can enjoy your room from 4:00 p.m. on the first day of your booking, except at RH Murcia Centro, where check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. Nevertheless, at RH Hotels we always try to have the room ready before 2:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Do I need to include children or babies in the booking?
Yes, all guests must be included in the booking. A guest is any person who will be staying at the booked hotel, whether they are a baby, child or adult.
The hotel needs to know the number of guests and their ages in advance, as some room types cannot accommodate an extra bed or cot.
Children are considered as such up to and including 12 years old. From that age onwards, they are considered adults.

What should I do if I do not receive my hotel booking confirmation email?
The email sent by Hoteles RH may have gone to your junk or spam folder.
In any case, if your booking was confirmed on screen and you were given a booking reference, you can access your booking details and voucher through the “My Bookings” section on hotelesrh.com after logging in.
You can also contact us by telephone on 965853939 to confirm your booking details.

Can I stay at the hotel with my pet?
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in our hotels, with the exception of Estudios Vinaròs Playa. This establishment provides a pet kit that includes a cage with mattress, food bowl, water bowl, welcome treats and a map showing how to get to Playa Can in Vinaròs, Aiguaoliva.
The cost of staying with your pet is €15 per kit/day. Please check directly with the hotel if your pet weighs more than 15 kilos.
