What should I know about the birthday code?

How do I get the birthday promotional code?

A newsletter email with the promotional code will be sent on your birthday. You must be registered as a customer and have the option to receive promotions enabled.

How long is the code valid for?

The code is valid for 7 days from the date it is sent and can be used for bookings within the following 12 months.

Where can I use the promotional code?

It can only be used for new bookings and only once. It applies to one room per code and excludes additional services. This code cannot be combined with any other offer.

What should I do if the code does not work?

Please check the conditions and validity of the code. If the problem continues, contact customer service.

This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or RH customer benefits.

Can I cancel my booking free of charge?

All customers who make their booking through our official website benefit from free cancellation up to 72 hours before 12:00 noon on the day of arrival.

Online check-in and group bookings

You can now manage your hotel arrival from home. Access your personal area on our website and complete your online check-in to avoid queues.

For individual bookings, we do not accept groups of more than 4 rooms, stag or hen parties, celebrations or anniversaries. Individual bookings that form part of a group will not be accepted.

What time are check-in and check-out at RH Hotels?

You can enjoy your room from 4:00 p.m. on the first day of your booking, except at RH Murcia Centro, where check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. Nevertheless, at RH Hotels we always try to have the room ready before 2:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Do I need to include children or babies in the booking?

Yes, all guests must be included in the booking. A guest is any person who will be staying at the booked hotel, whether they are a baby, child or adult.

The hotel needs to know the number of guests and their ages in advance, as some room types cannot accommodate an extra bed or cot.

Children are considered as such up to and including 12 years old. From that age onwards, they are considered adults.

What should I do if I do not receive my hotel booking confirmation email?

The email sent by Hoteles RH may have gone to your junk or spam folder.

In any case, if your booking was confirmed on screen and you were given a booking reference, you can access your booking details and voucher through the “My Bookings” section on hotelesrh.com after logging in.

You can also contact us by telephone on 965853939 to confirm your booking details.

Can I stay at the hotel with my pet?

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in our hotels, with the exception of Estudios Vinaròs Playa. This establishment provides a pet kit that includes a cage with mattress, food bowl, water bowl, welcome treats and a map showing how to get to Playa Can in Vinaròs, Aiguaoliva.

The cost of staying with your pet is €15 per kit/day. Please check directly with the hotel if your pet weighs more than 15 kilos.

What is the maximum number of rooms I can book?

Our booking engine only allows you to book a maximum of 4 rooms. If you would like to book more rooms, please contact us directly.

Bookings for stag or hen parties, or large groups for celebrations, are not permitted.

Is smoking allowed at the hotel?

Smoking is not allowed on terraces, in outdoor areas intended for the consumption of food and drinks, or in children’s areas.

This measure is intended to protect the health of non-smokers, especially minors and vulnerable people, by ensuring safe, smoke-free environments. We appreciate your cooperation and compliance.

The hotel may have a specific area designated for smokers.
