Free Transfers Benidorm and Calpe

Book your stay with RH and we will take care of your transfer

RH Hotels offers its guests free transfers to and from Alicante Airport or Alicante Train Station.

To enjoy this service, you simply need to book your RH hotel through our website: www.hotelesrh.com. If your stay meets the minimum-stay requirements, you will be able to add your transfer completely free of charge. Guests who already have a confirmed booking with us can also add their transfer. Simply access the RH Customer Area and click on the green "add your transfer" button.

The booking must be for a minimum of 4 nights at our Benidorm hotels for the service to or from Alicante Airport, and 6 nights for the service to or from Alicante Train Station. For the destination of Calpe, the minimum stay is 6 nights for both services, whether travelling via Alicante Airport or Alicante Train Station. However, if your stay is shorter than the minimum number of nights indicated, the transfer can still be booked by paying the corresponding service fee. This service is not available for our hotels in Gandía, Peñíscola or Vinaròs.

This free transfer service can only be arranged if requested at least 48 hours in advance and applies to a shared transfer service, not a private transfer. The free transfer includes one suitcase per person and hand luggage. If you add extra luggage to your booking, the corresponding fee must be paid directly to Beniconnect.

Passengers travelling with a folding electric wheelchair with a removable battery may use Beniconnect private vehicles, which do not necessarily need to be specially adapted, provided that the passenger can get into the vehicle independently. It is essential that the passenger has their own insurance covering both the electric wheelchair and the battery during the service.

From Alicante Airport

- EXPRESS CONNECT SHUTTLE  a high-quality shared service with daily connections to Alicante Airport, designed to reduce both the number of stops during the journey and waiting times at the airport on arrival. Available 7 days a week throughout the year. The maximum waiting time at the airport between flights is 30 minutes. In addition, a maximum of between 4 and 6 stops is guaranteed, depending on the destination, for both arrivals and departures. From 1 November to 31 March, this service is available for flights departing and/or arriving between 06:00 and 23:59 hrs. From 1 April to 31 October, the service operates 24 hours a day. This service connects Alicante Airport with Benidorm (4), Albir (4), La Cala de Finestrat (4), Villajoyosa (4), Altea (6), Alfaz del Pi (6) and La Nucía (6).

- ECONOMY CONNECT SHUTTLE this service provides daily connections between Alicante Airport and all officially registered tourist accommodation with permitted access in Benidorm, Albir, La Cala de Finestrat and Villajoyosa. Available 7 days a week. The maximum waiting time between flights at the airport on arrival is 60 minutes. From 1 November to 31 March, this service is available for flights departing and/or arriving between 06:00 and 23:59 hrs. From 1 April to 31 October, the service operates 24 hours a day.

- COSTA CONNECT SHUTTLE is another shared transfer service offered by Beniconnect. Available 7 days a week throughout the year. The maximum waiting time at the airport on arrival is 45 minutes. This service is available throughout the year for flights departing and/or arriving between 07:00 and 23:59 hrs. It connects Alicante Airport with Calpe, Benissa Costa, Moraira, Benitachell, Jávea, La Jara and Dénia.

From Alicante Train Station

- The exclusive ALITREN CONNECT service connects Alicante Train Station with Benidorm, La Cala de Finestrat, Albir, Altea and Calpe. Until 31 December 2026, this service will operate for all trains departing from or arriving at Alicante Train Station between 09:00 and 21:30 hrs.

Special Christmas 2026 operating hours

During the Christmas period, Beniconnect will make some temporary changes to its services:

- 24 December 2026: no services will operate from 18:00 hrs until 06:00 hrs on 25 December 2026.

- 25 December 2026: only private transfers will be available. Services provided on this date will be subject to a special fare equivalent to twice the usual price.

- 31 December 2026: no shuttle services will operate from 18:00 hrs until 06:00 hrs on 1 January 2027. During this period, only private transfers will be available.
