Free Transfer Benidorm and Calpe

Book your stay with RH and we will take care of your transfer

Hoteles RH offers its guests a free transfer to and from Alicante Airport or Alicante Train Station.

All you need to do is book your RH hotel through our website: www.hotelesrh.com. If your stay meets the minimum stay requirements, you will be able to add your transfer completely free of charge. Guests who already have a confirmed booking with us can also add their transfer. Simply log in to the RH customer area and click the green "add your transfer" button.

The booking must be for a minimum of 4 nights at our hotels in Benidorm for the service to or from Alicante Airport, and 6 nights for the service to or from Alicante Train Station. For Calpe, the minimum stay is 6 nights for both services, Airport and Alicante Train Station. If your booking is shorter than the minimum number of nights, you can still book the transfer by paying the corresponding fare. Not available for our hotels in Gandía, Peñíscola or Vinaròs, or for flight + hotel bookings made through hotelesrh.com.

This free transfer service is only available if you book it at least 48 hours in advance, and it is a shared transfer service, not a private transfer. The free transfer includes one medium suitcase per person and one item of hand luggage (handbag, small backpack, camera or laptop bag). Cabin bags or "trolleys" count as suitcases, not hand luggage. If you add extra luggage to your booking, you must pay the corresponding amount directly to Beniconnect.

Services are scheduled according to the scheduled arrival time of flights, not the actual arrival time. If your flight arrives earlier or later than scheduled, you will be offered the next available service and the waiting time may be longer.

Passengers travelling with a wheelchair (standard or electric) can be transported on Beniconnect's private services, for which adapted vehicles are available. This must be indicated in the "Extras" section when booking. For electric wheelchairs, the passenger must have their own insurance covering both the electric wheelchair and the battery during the service.

Child seats are mandatory on private transfers for 1 to 8 passengers and can be booked as an extra. Pets can only travel on private transfers, weighing a maximum of 15 kg and in their carrier (maximum 65 x 51 x 47 cm); the pet takes up a seat like any other passenger.

From Alicante Airport

- EXPRESS CONNECT SHUTTLE  a quality shared service with daily connections to Alicante Airport, designed to reduce the number of stops during the journey and the waiting time at the airport on arrival. Available 7 days a week all year round. The aim is for you to be on your way around 30 minutes after checking in at the Beniconnect desk. A maximum of 5 stops is guaranteed in Benidorm, La Cala de Finestrat and Villajoyosa, and 6 stops in Albir, Altea, Alfaz del Pi and La Nucía. From 1 November to 31 March, this service is available for flights departing and/or arriving between 06:00 and 23:59. From 1 April to 31 October, the service runs 24 hours a day.

- ECONOMY CONNECT SHUTTLE this service connects Alicante Airport daily with all officially registered tourist accommodation with permitted access in Benidorm, Albir, La Cala de Finestrat and Villajoyosa. Available 7 days a week all year round. The maximum waiting time at the airport on arrival is 60 minutes. From 1 November to 31 March, this service is available for flights departing and/or arriving between 06:00 and 23:59. From 1 April to 31 October, the service runs 24 hours a day.

- COSTA CONNECT SHUTTLE is another shared service offered by Beniconnect. Available 7 days a week all year round. The maximum waiting time at the airport on arrival is 45 minutes. This service is available all year round for flights departing and/or arriving between 06:00 and 23:59. It connects Calpe, Benissa Costa, Moraira, Benitachell, Jávea and Ondara with Alicante Airport.

From Alicante Train Station

- The exclusive ALITREN CONNECT service connects Alicante Train Station with Benidorm, La Cala de Finestrat, Albir, Altea and Calpe. Available 7 days a week all year round, for trains departing from or arriving at Alicante Train Station between 09:30 and 20:25. On arrival, a Beniconnect representative will accompany you to the vehicle.

Special Christmas 2026 timetable

Due to the Christmas holidays, Beniconnect will make some changes to its services:

- 24 December 2026: no services will operate from 18:00 until 06:00 on 25 December 2026.

- 25 December 2026: only private transfers will be available. Services on this day will have a special fare equivalent to double the usual price.

- 31 December 2026: no shuttle services will operate from 18:00 until 06:00 on 1 January 2027. During this period only private transfers will be available.
