Are you a lover of beaches, beach bars and long walks by the sea? We will make it very easy for you as we are only a few metres from the main beach of Gandia. When you step on the sand you will find our own beach bar "RH4 BEACH" where we will provide you with the best cocktail and beer brands and a menu of snacks, portions, paellas or fideuàs to enjoy by the sea, as well as a variety of music and special offers for being RH clients.
You will kick off your day with a great breakfast buffet where both young and old alike will find their favourite dishes early in the morning. After getting some energy to face the day, what we suggest you do next is to take is a dip in our large outdoor swimming pool, located in the sunniest part of the facilities and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas where you will enjoy the astonishing climate in Gandia.
Next to the adults' pool, the little ones won't want to stop climbing over and over the water slide in the children's pool while you relax in the outdoor jacuzzi next to the children's area. But if you want even more relaxation, you will discover our solarium area and two outdoor jacuzzis on the upper terrace, where stress has no place.
At lunchtime we offer a wide range of quality products, traditional and international dishes with a show-cooking service in which we prepare different dishes on the spot.
There will be also our wellness area with sauna, gym and an indoor heated jacuzzi – all available for you during your stay with us in Gandia!

In order to access your room at the Hotel, the check-in time established by law is until 4:00 p.m. If an arrival is expected after 6:00 p.m., it is necessary to contact the hotel directly (the telephone number can be found in the reservation).

What do I need to know about the birthday code?
How can I get the promotional Birthday code?
A newsletter with the promotional code will be sent on your birthday. You must be registered as a customer and have the option to receive promotions activated.
How long is the code valid for?
It’s valid during 7 days from the day it is sent and for bookings during the next 12 months.
Where can I use the promotional code?
Only for new bookings and for one use, applicable to one room per code, excluding additional services.
What do I do if the code doesn’t work?

Are drinks included in my booking?
Drinks in the restaurant are not included when on Half Board or Full Board options. Only house wine and water will be included in reservations with the over 60's rate (in the hotels where said rate is valid).
However, with the All Inclusive option, the drinks indicated in the general conditions of the same will be included (in hotels where this option is available).

How can I book parking in some of our hotels?
You can book the parking service in our hotels during the reservation process of the hotelesrh.com website. To do this you must indicate the number plate of your car.
The parking cancellation policy is free up to 24 hours before your arrival, after this period €20 will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Scooters are not allowed inside the hotel, nor is it permitted to charge or park them on the premises. Likewise, parking or charging scooters in the areas outside the hotel is also prohibited.

What time is check-in and check-out at RH hotels?
You will be able to enjoy your room from 4:00 PM on the first day of your reservation, except at RH Murcia Centro, where it will be available from 3:00 PM. However, at RH Hotels, we try to have the room ready before 2:00 PM whenever possible. As for check-out, it must be completed before 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Do I have to add children or babies in the reservation?
Yes, it is necessary to add all the guests. By guest we understand all physical person that will be staying at the chosen hotel, be it adult, child or infant.
The hotel needs to have a prevision of the guests and ages of the occupants, as some room types won't fit an extra bed or cot.
When making a booking we consider children up to the age of 12 years included, after this, they are considered adults.

What do I do if I don't recieve the confirmation e-mail from the hotel?
It could be that the e-mail sent by RH Hotels was has gone in your spam or spam folder.
In any case, if your reservation has been confirmed on screen and we have given you a reference number, you can access the details of your reservation and the voucher through My Reservations on our website hotelesrh.com after accessing with the log in.
You can also contact us by phone +34 965853939 to confirm your reservation details.

Can I stay in your hotel with my pet?
We are sorry, however, it is not possible to stay with a pet in our hotels, except in the Studios RH Vinaròs Playa. We will provide a pet kit consisting of a cage with a mat, food bowl, water bowl, welcome treats and a map of how to get to Playa Can in Vinaròs, Aiguaoliva.
The price for hosting your pet is €15 kit/day. (Please check with the hotel in the case of having a pet that exceeds 15 kilos).

What is the maximum ammount of rooms I can book?
