The Hotel RH Ifach is located just 150 meters from “The Fossa” Beach, surrounded by Mediterranean waters and where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the popular Rock of Ifach. The proximity of our hotel to the main road of Calpe and its tourist center make it ideal for a quiet family stay.
The Hotel RH Ifach is in a privileged location, very close to La Fossa beach, the beach of the “baths of the queen”, the Racó cove and the fishing port, with its many attractive restaurants, specialising in fish and seafood.
Also, in front of the hotel are the old salt flats, converted into a lake, where you can see a stable population of flamingos, herons, and other water birds.
From the hotel, you can enjoy stunning views of the Ifach Rock which is within walking distance. A modern and very comfortable hotel, with a family atmosphere that offers an ideal choice to stay in Calpe.

What do I need to know about the birthday code?
How can I get the promotional Birthday code?
A newsletter with the promotional code will be sent on your birthday. You must be registered as a customer and have the option to receive promotions activated.
How long is the code valid for?
It’s valid during 7 days from the day it is sent and for bookings during the next 12 months.
Where can I use the promotional code?
Only for new bookings and for one use, applicable to one room per code, excluding additional services.
What do I do if the code doesn’t work?
Verify the conditions and expiry date. If the problema persisits, please contact our customer helpline.

Are drinks included in my booking?
Drinks in the restaurant are not included when on Half Board or Full Board options. Only house wine and water will be included in reservations with the over 60's rate (in the hotels where said rate is valid).
However, with the All Inclusive option, the drinks indicated in the general conditions of the same will be included (in hotels where this option is available).

How can I book parking in some of our hotels?
You can book the parking service in our hotels during the reservation process of the hotelesrh.com website. To do this you must indicate the number plate of your car.
The parking cancellation policy is free up to 24 hours before your arrival, after this period €20 will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Scooters are not allowed inside the hotel, nor is it permitted to charge or park them on the premises. Likewise, parking or charging scooters in the areas outside the hotel is also prohibited.

Can I cancel my booking free of charge?
All guests that book through our website will have FREE CANCELLATION up to 72 hours before 12pm on the day of arrival.

Free transfer
Free transfers are available for guests that have booked direct through RH Hotels. If this is the case you need to log in to RH website on client log in and enter your e-mail & password.
You will see my bookings, select “current” booking and at the bottom of the page there is a transfer icon. Click on info and it will take you to the site for reserving your transfers.
Free transfers must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure from the UK and are not available once in resort.

For individual bookings we don't accept groups of more than 4 rooms, stag or hen parties, celebrations or aniversaries. Individual bookings that make a group will not be accepted.

What time is check-in and check-out at RH hotels?
You will be able to enjoy your room from 4:00 PM on the first day of your reservation, except at RH Murcia Centro, where it will be available from 3:00 PM. However, at RH Hotels, we try to have the room ready before 2:00 PM whenever possible. As for check-out, it must be completed before 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Do I have to add children or babies in the reservation?
Yes, it is necessary to add all the guests. By guest we understand all physical person that will be staying at the chosen hotel, be it adult, child or infant.
The hotel needs to have a prevision of the guests and ages of the occupants, as some room types won't fit an extra bed or cot.
When making a booking we consider children up to the age of 12 years included, after this, they are considered adults.

What do I do if I don't recieve the confirmation e-mail from the hotel?
It could be that the e-mail sent by RH Hotels was has gone in your spam or spam folder.
In any case, if your reservation has been confirmed on screen and we have given you a reference number, you can access the details of your reservation and the voucher through My Reservations on our website hotelesrh.com after accessing with the log in.
You can also contact us by phone +34 965853939 to confirm your reservation details.

Can I stay in your hotel with my pet?
We are sorry, however, it is not possible to stay with a pet in our hotels, except in the Studios RH Vinaròs Playa. We will provide a pet kit consisting of a cage with a mat, food bowl, water bowl, welcome treats and a map of how to get to Playa Can in Vinaròs, Aiguaoliva.
The price for hosting your pet is €15 kit/day. (Please check with the hotel in the case of having a pet that exceeds 15 kilos).

What is the maximum ammount of rooms I can book?
Our search engine will only give you the possibility to book up to a maximum of 4 rooms. In the case you want more rooms, contact us directly.
