Our guests will be able to enjoy the Mediterranean sun, have long walks along the beach or discover all the hidden corners withing the streets and shops close the the beachfront.

Levante Beach is the neurological centre of those that are looking for sun & sand, one of the most recognized of the Mediterranean, where you will find hundreds of sun beds available.

There you will find a great promenade that offers bars & cafes and all types of leisure!

Sandy beach with a progressive slight incline towards the water, this makes it very easy for the younger ones to enjoy a swim.

You will also find swings, trampolines, slides and a recreational area for the more active children. There are lifeguards at your disposal during the summer months.

If what you like are water sports, you can also practice submarining, parapenting, aquatic water-ski or water biking.

What do I need to know about the birthday code?

How can I get the promotional Birthday code? 

A newsletter with the promotional code will be sent on your birthday. You must be registered as a customer and have the option to receive promotions activated.

How long is the code valid for?

It’s valid during 7 days from the day it is sent and for bookings during the next 12 months.

Where can I use the promotional code?

Only for new bookings and for one use, applicable to one room per code, excluding additional services.

What do I do if the code doesn’t work?

Are drinks included in my booking?

Drinks in the restaurant are not included when on Half Board or Full Board options. Only house wine and water will be included in reservations with the over 60's rate (in the hotels where said rate is valid).

However, with the All Inclusive option, the drinks indicated in the general conditions of the same will be included (in hotels where this option is available).

Free transfer

Free transfers are available for guests that have booked direct through RH Hotels. If this is the case you need to log in to RH website on client log in and enter your e-mail & password.

You will see my bookings, select “current” booking and at the bottom of the page there is a transfer icon. Click on info and it will take you to the site for reserving your transfers.

Free transfers must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure from the UK and are not available once in resort.

Does our hotel have parking?

We are sorry but due to the magnificent location of our hotel we do not have our own parking. However, there are several private car parks in the immediate vicinity at a very short distance from the hotel.

Scooters are not allowed inside the hotel, nor is it permitted to charge or park them on the premises. Likewise, parking or charging scooters in the areas outside the hotel is also prohibited.

What time is check-in and check-out at RH hotels?

You will be able to enjoy your room from 4:00 PM on the first day of your reservation, except at RH Murcia Centro, where it will be available from 3:00 PM. However, at RH Hotels, we try to have the room ready before 2:00 PM whenever possible. As for check-out, it must be completed before 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Do I have to add children or babies in the reservation?

Yes, it is necessary to add all the guests. By guest we understand all physical person that will be staying at the chosen hotel, be it adult, child or infant.


The hotel needs to have a prevision of the guests and ages of the occupants, as some room types won't fit an extra bed or cot.

When making a booking we consider children up to the age of 12 years included, after this, they are considered adults.

What do I do if I don't recieve the confirmation e-mail from the hotel?

It could be that the e-mail sent by RH Hotels was has gone in your spam or spam folder.

In any case, if your reservation has been confirmed on screen and we have given you a reference number, you can access the details of your reservation and the voucher through My Reservations on our website hotelesrh.com after accessing with the log in.

Can I stay in your hotel with my pet?

We are sorry, however, it is not possible to stay with a pet in our hotels, except in the Studios RH Vinaròs Playa. We will provide a pet kit consisting of a cage with a mat, food bowl, water bowl, welcome treats and a map of how to get to Playa Can in Vinaròs, Aiguaoliva.

The price for hosting your pet is €15 kit/day. (Please check with the hotel in the case of having a pet that exceeds 15 kilos).

What is a Low Emission Zone in Benidorm and how does it affect me?

A Low Emission Zone (LEZ) is an area designated by the Benidorm City Council to regulate vehicle access, circulation, and parking, with the aim of improving air quality and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

The hotels RH Canfali, RH Corona del Mar, RH Sol and Estudios RH Sol are located within the LEZ and must therefore arrange temporary permits for their guests arriving by car.

The hotel itself will be responsible for registering guests on the LEZ platform by requesting permits.

Each permit must include the guest’s details, the vehicle license plate number, and the check-in and check-out dates of the stay. Valid only in the low-emission zone where the hotel is located.

If a vehicle enters the LEZ without authorization, the City Council’s control cameras may issue a fine.

What is a restricted access zone and how can our guests access it?

A restricted access zone is an area of Benidorm where traffic is limited and only authorized vehicles are allowed to enter.

Guests staying at RH Canfali, RH Corona del MarRH Sol and Estudios RH Sol hotels may access these areas to drop off or collect their luggage. The rest of our hotels are not affected.

At check-in, guests must provide their vehicle license plate number to the hotel staff, who will register it on the municipal platform to obtain the corresponding permit.

This way, guests will be able to enter the restricted zone without the risk of being fined.
